A Partnership With The Global Diversity & Inclusion Team

We began working with the company in 1996. We originally helped the company develop its overall strategy for diversity and then, through the merger with another large petrochemical company, build in their experience (much of it US based). Throughout this period we have worked in partnership with the global Diversity & Inclusion team and our role has evolved as that team has grown and developed.

In addition to our overall strategic advice, we have worked on specific projects with management teams in different businesses (Exploration, Chemicals, Oil) helping them to ensure that they capitalise on the benefits that should come from the increasing diversity of their employees.
