Raising Diversity Awareness

S~R were asked to help get to the bottom of conflict within a multi-faith team. The team comprised of some 20 staff. It was responsible for staffing the Information Desk which was at the heart of service to customers. Central to the conflict were the zealous religious beliefs of one member. The presence of a lesbian in the team added a further dimension.

We carried out a diagnostic and concluded by facilitating two workshops. The client feedback stated that “the morale in the team had gone up 200%'
