Inclusive Recruitment For Partners

As part of the preparation for the annual recruitment of trainee solicitors, we designed and ran a half-day workshop for the partners involved. This enabled them to build a common platform (what we mean by diversity and why it is important) and consider the implications of the increasing diversity of candidates for effective interviewing and assessment.

As a result all the partners were able to go away with new insights and ideas to try out in the forthcoming round of interviews.
