Dignity At Work

We worked with the HR and diversity team to develop a new diversity strategy and ran a Board strategy workshop, followed by a series of diversity training sessions for all staff. As part of this programme we accredited a number of facilitators to run the diversity programme, whilst maintaining high quality of delivery standards.

We also supported the HR team in the development of their harassment “Dignity at Work” policy and procedures.
