A European Approach For A US Corporation
Our work with the company began in the late 1990s with the launch of a diversity initiative across EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa). We worked in partnership with the company in devising their strategy, running several workshop for Vice Presidents and Directors. We then delivered a number of workshops at the middle management level and trained and licenced in house facilitators to carry on the training. We acted in an advisory capacity for further development work across the whole corporation and provided resources and information for the development of their internal e-learning programme.
