Diversity Training
We designed and delivered a diversity training programme for senior and middle managers in a leading publishing group.
The training programme was delivered to c. 400 senior and middle managers across the group in the UK. Managers were trained in groups of about 15 participants per session and the generic half day design was adapted within each business in order to reflect their particular needs.
