Equal Opportunities Policy Review

Schneider~Ross conducted a policy review for the government department considering whether there was, or may have been perceived to be, unjustifiable disadvantage and then putting forward recommendations for improvement.  The research was conducted in April 1999 and involved interviews with a sample of employees and a small representative sample of customers; and an analysis of existing documentation and statistics including twenty case studies.

Since that date we have continued to support the department in order to mainstream equality.
