Evaluation of Race Equality Scheme

Schneider~Ross recently completed the evaluation of the Learning and Skills Council's Race Equality Scheme.  This involved an audit of how the 47 local offices had implemented the RES.   The key areas for exploration included: Communication and involvement in setting up the scheme; mechanisms for stakeholder and user involvement; identifying impact measures and performance against these; what had worked well, what needed to be different and aspirations for the future.  The findings of the project are informing development of their new RES.
