Race Audit

Schneider~Ross conducted a race audit of the agencies policies, procedures and culture. This involved a desk review of policies and procedures, one-to-one interviews and focus group discussions. The resulting report identified a number of areas of good practice and areas for improvement and concluded with 13 recommendations – all of which were accepted by the agency and on which they seek to act.
