Often issues associated with religion, faith and belief are encountered as part of the way an organisation is working with race and/or national differences.
We work with clients to help find practical ways of developing a culture that recognises and respects different faiths. This may simply be around generating greater awareness and understanding of different faiths, or handling practical issues such as time off for religious observance, and reviewing canteen menus.
