Inclusion and Diversity - Key Driver for Business Success - Feb 2010
Venue: HSBC Offices - 52/60, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Mumbai 400 001, India
Date: Friday 12th March 2010
Time: 10.00-14.00
HSBC India and Schneider~Ross are jointly hosting this event, which we hope will inspire and enthuse us all by showing what a focus on diversity and inclusion can achieve.
HSBC India has made significant strides on their Inclusion and Diversity strategy and was amongst the top five employers in India last year. Schneider~Ross has been working in India and Asia since 2004 initially on behalf of the Global Diversity Network and subsequently directly with global companies such as HSBC India and Vodafone Essar.
As part of their not-for-profit activities, Schneider~Ross has just completed research into best practice in India on diversity and inclusion.
The seminar programme will include:
~ Best Practice Stories in India
Anjana Nathwani will chair a panel and lead this session with inputs from G4S, Hindustan Lever, HSBC India, ICICI Bank, Infosys and Vodafone.
~ Inclusive Leadership
We all know that getting leadership commitment and helping them to “walk the talk” is critical. Vodafone are in the process of rolling out a programme across their global leaders and we will have a chance to experience the way they are using actors to “hold up the mirror” and help leaders see how they need to change their behaviours
~ 20 Years of Experience on Global Diversity & Inclusion
Robin Schneider will share his views about what makes for sustained success.
The seminar will be held in HSBC’s boardroom in Mumbai and place are limited to 20 attendees, so do please confirm whether you are or are notable to make the event by emailing Raquel Anstee de Mas (raquel.adm@schneider-ross.com).
