Schneider~Ross Work in India - Jul 2008
Schneider Ross have been in India this week with HSBC. Freddie Alves and Anjana Nathwani have been working with the top team and the Diversity Committee on the Business Significance of Diversity. The new Diversity Committee was launched on 2nd July by the CEO of HSBC India; and Schneider Ross presented to the group “what good looks like” in terms of Diversity and Inclusion.
On 3rd, in collaboration with HSBC India, we hosted a network seminar for Diversity and Inclusion practioners working for multi-nationals in India. The network seminar was attended by 8 companies with five others expressing interest to be participants at future meetings. The network seminar provided an opportunity to share good practice, as well as discuss areas of mutual challenges. The network has agreed to meet at periodic intervals.
