Robin Schneider Becomes Chairman of The All Inclusive Dining Club - May 2009

At a recent board meeting of the All Inclusive Dining Club, Robin Schneider was voted in as the new Chairman of the group.

Robin said "We know how busy senior leaders are, what I like about AIDC is that it gives them time in a social environment to think quite deeply about their underlying beliefs and assumptions - about any of the different dimensions of diversity. It's the time for reflection that gets very squeezed during the normal 'working' day."

The All Inclusive Dining Club (AIDC) was created in 2007 by Schneider~Ross and Dining With A Difference. Its aim is to create a different way for managers and executives to engage with the issues of valuing diversity and managing inclusion in the workplace through running entertaining and engaging events built around a dinner, lunch of breakfast and using the Club theme as a metaphor for understanding how exclusion occurs and how inclusion can be built.
