What we mean by diagnostics, is that phase of activity which surfaces and identifies issues for stakeholders and also identifies the potential scope of the project. Without taking time to diagnose what the situation is and how people currently feel about it, any action runs the risk of causing money and time to be wasted.
We use a variety of diagnostic tools and approaches to suit the particular needs of each client. This might include impact assessments, one-to-one interviews, group discussions, focus groups and surveys, analysis and benchmarking of employee statistics.
Whatever form of diagnostics is chosen, in addition to providing clear, authoritative findings, we also provide practical, evidence-based recommendations.
