In addition to on-going learning activities, there also needs to be a range of other activities which engage people (externally as well as internally) with the process of change.
We have, for example, produced video programmes to use at launch events, designed launch events themselves, created and managed publicity campaigns, and handled elements of internal and external communications (e.g. CSR reports.)
Another important area to consider is the establishment and development of employee networks or taskforces. Engaging and motivating staff in this way brings additional resources as well as new ideas and challenge to accepted practices.
