Sometimes our clients come to us with very clear ideas about the specific support they need from us within a particular defined timeframe. Frequently, however, clients come to us because they want to work on an on-going basis with experts who can get to know their culture and steadily transfer their expertise internally.

What this means is that we help Boards and/or department or functional heads be clear about where the organisation is currently, in relation to aims and ambitions. Then we help put in place strategies, measures, milestones and processes which enable the journey to be made successfully. In other words, we enable diversity and inclusion to be seen and managed as an important part of a wide change strategy – with appropriate line leadership and accountabilities. This often involves establishing and working closely with a senior line-led Steering Group.
