UK Diversity and inclusion research

Ever since 1991, when we wrote the UK’s first business text book on Diversity, we have undertaken research into leading practice in the area of equality and diversity. More recently, under the auspices of our “not for profit organisation” we have also undertaken research for the UK government which has helped to shape and improve legislation. We often carry out this work in collaboration with academics and think tanks.
